Delivery & Care

Every artwork is individually inspected, professionally packaged, and fully insured prior to shipment. We work closely with trusted logistics partners to ensure secure transportation. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with documentation of the artwork and packaging.

As each piece is a unique creation meticulously handcrafted to your specifications, all bespoke commissions and custom-sized orders are considered final once production has commenced.
